New Villages

In the late 1980s URBED was involved in a development consortium to create one of the first new villages in South Wales. This has developed into a long term interest in new settlements. Our interest is to reconcile the needs of housebuilders and the desires of housebuyers by creating settlements that have the distinctiveness of traditional places and the sustainability to meet future needs.
